The river has cleared and the ice is flowing. The weather is mild, and ... the pussywillows are out! Spring is certainly here. Nearly time to clean my yard - I just need to get rake
The walk is of course much easier now - no snow to plow through and the temperatures don't require bundling. It seems like a quick walk, but it takes the same length of time.
It was raining lightly this morning and no wind - that was great. I saw crocuses in someone's yard today - they had them planted interspersed in the lawn.
I need to get a little more rest - just haven't been getting to bed early enough. It makes the days longer and I don't seem to have as much energy to put into everything.
