Happy Birthday Dad!!!! 76 Years!!!!!We had such a nice evening, as a family, four generations of us, celebrating my Dad's birthday. Later the guys made a fire outside and we had cake and listened to some music. It was wonderful to remember my Dad on his day of birth and to celebrate before God that my Dad is a gift God gave me, and my family.
In the Word of God, the Lord talks about remembering Him and setting up memorials to Him and what He had done.
"This is a day you are to commemorate; for the generations to come you shall celebrate it as a festival to the LORD - a lasting ordinance." Ex. 12:14

HAPPY BIRTHDAY INDEED!!!!!!!!!! I truly enjoyed celebrating the old guys' birthday. It's nice to take time to honor the quiet people that normally wouldn't tolerate people celebrating them but tolerate it for the social acceptance of birthdays. Yahh for peer pressure in this one case.
Dad always enjoys family times. Thanks for making his day special.
