The First Day

An adventure. Where this leads shall be a journey; I look forward, a sense of pilgrimage in my heart.

"By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God." Heb. 11:8-10 NIV

Yesterday in church, part of what we heard about was living in the Love of God. It reminded me of how His Presence is with me; when I stop everything, a moment, minutes, I sense Him there, enfolding me in His Deep, Abiding Love. My heart rests. I call this place in experience my "God Cloud". No matter where I go, He is present.

Even in this, He is present.

"Then those who feared the LORD talked with each other, and the LORD listented and heard. A scroll of remembrance was written in his presence concerning those who feared the LORD and honoured his name." Mal. 3:16 NIV
